MOVE & Metabolize
A live, 60 minute workshop to move + metabolize your energy
Have you ever noticed how hard it can be to simply be with what’s happening inside of you?
To sit with a feeling without trying to change it? To listen to your body without immediately needing to understand, fix, or move past what you find. It isn't just you and it isn't a problem that needs to be “solved.”
That's where MOVE & METABOLIZE comes in.
Through a combination of somatic and energetic practices, you will be guided on a journey of being with both your physical + subtle bodies so your energy can move + metabolize.
In this workshop, we'll begin with a few opening teachings on self-attunement, then move into a guided somatic practice to ground, listen deeply, and support the natural flow of energy. We'll close with time for reflections and questions that may have come up for you as you attune and begin to witness.

Do I need to have completed the guide before attending?
No. You don't need to have everything read, understood, or figured out beforehand. Come as you are. If you've spent some time with the guide, you may find yourself able to bring questions, experiences, or places you're currently working with into the space.
What is the live call?
A 60-minute space to come together and explore the practice of Working Within in real time. Nikki will guide you through the work, offer reflections, and create space for you to connect with what is present for you.
Will there be a replay and time for questions?
